All global delivery rules, shipping fees, tracking guide and complete return & refund terms for ALSTMZZNER orders
1. Global Delivery Time
After payment confirmation, all orders will be delivered within 10–18 business days worldwide. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, holiday rush seasons, or local logistics restrictions, which are beyond our control.
2. Shipping Fee Standard
- United States: Free standard shipping for all orders, no extra delivery cost.
- All other countries & regions: Flat shipping rate of €6 per single order.
3. Parcel Tracking Method
Once your package is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address.

4. Important Shipping Notices
- Fill in full and accurate address including zip code, house number and apartment info to avoid failed delivery or package return.
- All import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees shall be borne by buyers according to local customs laws.
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact your local courier first for support.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses and remote islands unreachable by mainstream logistics.
- After shipment, address and recipient information cannot be modified. Please double-check details before payment.
5. Lost & Damaged Package Handling
If your package is lost in transit or arrives with damaged/defective goods, please contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the parcel. You need to provide clear photos of the outer box and damaged items. We will arrange resending, partial refund or compensation based on actual situation.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- You can apply for return within 30 calendar days after receiving your package.
- Returned goods must be unused, intact, with original packaging and all accessories attached.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or wrong item sent by us.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect returned products.
- Custom personalized goods, clearance sale items and hygiene products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
