Global delivery terms & shipping information for ALSTMZZNER
1. Global Delivery Timeframe
All orders will be delivered within 10–18 business days worldwide after payment confirmation. Occasional delays may happen due to customs inspection, holiday peak seasons or local logistics restrictions, which are out of our control.
2. Shipping Cost Standard
- United States: Free shipping on all orders, no extra delivery fees.
- All other countries and regions: Flat shipping fee of €6 per single order.
3. Parcel Tracking Guide

4. Important Shipping Notices
- Please provide complete and accurate shipping address including zip code, house number and apartment details to avoid failed delivery or package return.
- All import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees shall be borne by buyers in accordance with local national customs regulations.
- Please sign for the package personally upon arrival. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact your local courier service first for support.
- We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses and remote islands unreachable by mainstream logistics carriers.
5. Lost & Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives with damaged items, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the parcel, and provide clear photos of outer packaging and defective products. We will arrange resending, partial refund or compensation based on actual conditions.
6. Address Modification After Shipment
After the package is handed over to logistics carriers, we cannot change recipient information, delivery address or suspend delivery. Please double-check all address information before payment.
